Woodspot firewood products started in the summer of 2022 when I was a 14 year old young man. The sales began with bundles of wood wrapped in Saran Wrap being sold at the end of my driveway like a lemonade stand. In this summer of 2022, Woodspot did not yet have company logistics, marketing strategies, bookkeeping, or investment funds. In our first year, we moved and sold under a cord and a half all year. This last year we moved and sold over 70 cords of Poplar, Birch, and Pine/Spruce. As of 2025, Woodspot has professional tools to monitor logistics, a website along with multiple outlets of high traffic marketing, and bookkeeping.

We have had clients that bought firewood over three years ago who have consistently ordered and supported us throughout the years. These loyal customers have massively contributed to the business expansion, my personal education fund, and reinvestment back into the company. We have also hired another 18 year old young man named Casey who is has also immensely contributed to the growth of Woodspot. He is an ambitious athlete who has committed to playing post secondary volleyball at York University in Toronto.
